SUSTAINABILITY
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION
Sustainability requires both attention to detail and practical decision making. Bigger is not always better, rather our focus returns to quality and common sense. We enjoy the opportunity to be creative, finding innovative ways of making a property more energy efficient, smarter, and ultimately as sustainable as possible.
For instance, we would position the windows in a house in order to catch the available sunlight or install solar panels that can sustain mechanical and electrical systems.
Building with energy efficiency and conservation requires a keen understating of the environment as well as the latest best standards in sustainable building. We have many hours in LEED classes and LEED certified projects, and so we bring these attributes of sustainability to each project.
Keeping up with the latest in sustainable technology and techniques as well as government regulations is also important to us. This way, we are able to offer and advise our clients on the tax rebates and federal and state regulations for purchasing and installing equipment that is energy efficient.
