Spike Eisenman

Senior Superintendent

Spike joined ULFBUILT in 2017 after retiring from 20 years of managing at Beaver Creek Snowboarding School during the winters and running construction projects in the summers. Spike’s background in customer service and construction management make him an exceptional addition to our team. His experience in construction projects brings valuable relationships and experience to ULFBUILT. Spike is not afraid to get his hands dirty on site in order to ensure a project’s success and quality completion. He is a dedicated and experienced superintendent that can implement procedures and techniques that give the clients a high-level finish product.

Spike was raised on several Air Force bases throughout Germany until finishing high school in New Hampshire. He originally moved to Summit County in 1987 and finally settled in Vail by 1992.  Spike and his wife have 2 boys who are very active in sports and the community.  Spike’s free time is spent enjoying time with his family out snowboarding, snow skating, downhill mountain biking, fishing, and camping.
